Door panel manufacturing machine

The equipment is capable for manufacturing the following accessories on the door-panel:

• Hinge-bores: 2 or 3 pieces
• Latch and latch-hole bores
• Latch front panel

Latch The latch can be:

• Optional
• Ordinary or secured

The new equipment must be loaded with the measurements of the doors and latches to be manufactured. The actual measurement should only be selected during manufacturing process. Besides individual measurements can also be specified.

The followings  must be selected on the touch-screen of the control panel:

• Type of latch - Latch ( ordinary or secured )
• Direction of opening ( right or left )
• Width of door
• Height of door

The equipment can work automatically, after uploading fully the production cycle will be completed.
