Used for splitting and edging of unedged saw goods.
Operation:
The line of edging on the unedged saw goods will be marked by a laser beam. Subsequent to the first split the distance of the lead strip from the saw disc can be adjusted by the push of a button. This is the cuttable width. 8 different widths can be programmed. The machine can carry out width defect dropping. After the measurement is adjusted the saw goods will be carried on to he forwarding instrument. This will effect the forwarding and will convey the cut piece while returns the yet cuttable piece to the machine operator. The speed for both the forwarding and the returning can be seperately adjusted in a stepless way.

Construction and parts:
One-plate splitting unit with a disc saw equipped with a durable V belt drive and a good possibility of quick change of sawing discs.
Forwarding gear is built with press-down roller, frequency switch. The following functions are adjustable: the height, the press-down power and the speed of the forwarding and returning.
Lead strip unit. Heavy, solid and stiff finishing. Two gear speed for the lead strip. The rough approach is fast, the adjustment for size cutting is slow and accurate.
