Used for splitting and edging of unedged saw goods.
Operation:
The line of edging on the unedged saw goods will be marked by a laser beam. Subsequent to the first split the distance of the lead strip from the first saw disc and the distance of the second saw disc and the first saw disc can be adjusted by the push of a button. These are the cuttable widths. 8-8 different widths can be programmed for each saw unit. The machine can carry out width defect dropping. After the measurement is adjusted the saw goods will be carried on to he forwarding instrument. This will effect the forwarding and will convey the cut piece while returns the yet cuttable piece to the machine operator. The space for both the forwarding and the returning can be seperately adjusted in a stepless way.

Construction and parts:
Two pieces of one-plate splitting unit with a size detector disc saw equipped with a durable V belt and a good possibility of quick-change of sawing discs, splitting knife and backstrike prevention. The forwarder has two push-down rollers in each saw unit, frequency alternator. There are adjustable hight, press-down force and speed of forwarding and returning. The machine is heavy and stiff built. Detecting of the right measurement is quick.
