Application of the machine:
Optimized cutting off parquet freeze and cover ( upper layer of parquet ), rent laths and saw timber into panel board. Marking the defected part of the timber with a fluorescent chalk it will cut out the defected part from the raw material, cut pieces from the good parts by optimation. The machine can be programmed for production schedule. One production schedule distinguishes three quality classes. Size assortment of the finished product is adjustable in advance in three classes, in each with sixteen sizes. Price can be determined to each size. 128 different production schedules can be determined totally. It has a special programme capable for finger joint requirements that can produce fixed lengths between and above min-max values. Is is capable of cutting fixed sizes without defect dropping. It is capable of cutting only on the marked line. It records all production data. / Input raw material length, cubic,selection of finished product, and length, pieces, gross and net cubic, elapsed time, waiting time, etc according to quality class. / The assortment can be done in 4...16 pockets, according to length and/or quality.
